Our Founders
Trillium Teams was established by Ruth Gmehlin and Jill Geddes. Both Jill and Ruth are trained facilitators, Certified Professional Behavioural Analysts (CPBA) and Certified Professional Values Analysts (CPVA). They bring with them over 18 years of combined experience with some of Ottawa’s most successful companies, such as Cognos, Corel, Mitel and Espial.
