Our Approach We use behavioural assessments as the baseline for discussion in this team building workshop. With the use of practical examples and interactive exercises participants gain insight into each others natural work and communication styles. They also learn how to adapt their styles and how to capitalize on their team strengths in order to communicate more effectively with one another.
Team Building Light is suitable for larger groups or managers looking for a fun, yet business and results oriented team building day. It is offered in a full or half day format.
