Co-Founders
Trillium Teams was established by Ruth Gmehlin and Jill Geddes. Both Jill and Ruth are Certified Professional Facilitators (CPF), Certified Professional Behavioural Analysts (CPBA) and Certified Professional Values Analysts (CPVA).
They bring with them over 40 years of combined experience working with diverse organizations and some of the most successful companies across North America.
What Differentiates Trillium Teams?
Trillium Teams has become a boutique leadership training firm based on extensive and first-hand experience conducting team coaching sessions, team building workshops and leadership courses across North America. The Authentic Leadership Course has been offered over a hundred times by Ruth and Jill and is continuously hailed as a fresh, authentic, practical and transformative course experience with real results back at the office.
The advantage working with a small boutique firm is the flexibility and accountability to our clients. All communication, arrangements, as well as course design and delivery is handled by Jill and Ruth. This level of client commitment is key to ensure a consistent quality experience every time, as our reputation and credibility depends on it.
At Trillium Teams all workshops are facilitated using two facilitators – in other words, as a team. This is a key differentiator from other competitors - we believe so strongly in teamwork that we model the behavior in our facilitated workshops. Having two facilitators who specialize in “teamwork†and “leadership†are the key to success for all our workshops.
Participants learn in different ways and respond to different styles, having two facilitators ensures everyone in the room is engaged, heard, and understood. The energy level stays high resulting in a more productive and fun workshop.
All transcribed notes from the workshop are accurate, since both facilitator and note-taker are always engaged.
